What we collect
When you request a quote through our website or a Facebook/Instagram lead form, we collect only what you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the service you need (house cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, or pressure washing), and the job location or postal code.

How we use it
We use that information only to contact you about your quote, schedule and complete the cleaning service, and answer follow-up questions. We do not sell your personal information.

Who else sees it
Your details may be passed to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) as part of the lead form you submitted, and to staff or contractors who need it to carry out your job. No one else receives it, except where required by law.

How long we keep it
We keep quote and job details only as long as needed to provide the service and handle follow-up, then delete them on request.

Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by contacting us at info@bluewintercleaningltd.com or (236) 514-0691.

Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
